Almond, Habanero, Pepper Jack, Pimento, Sun Dried Tomato,
and Double Stuffed Garlic and Serrano.
The Gemlik olive, with its
firm meat and light skin, is placed under weights and naturally cured
in dry salt for about eight months. The olive are then rinsed and put
into a salt brine that's topped with olive oil, ensuring that the Gemlik
retains its delicious, full and natural flavor.
For olives stored for more than 30 days, keep in the original brine,
refrigerate and rinse before eating. For olives to be used in less time,
discard the brine, return the olives to the original jar, and cover
olives with water overnight. Then, discard the rinse water, place olives
back into the jar, cover with Olive Farm Extra Virgin olive oil and
let stand for one hour. Now, you can store the jar of olives tightly
sealed at room temperature.
