The mellow flavor of a fine burgundy wine combined with the slow burn taste of the hot habanero pepper gives this barbecue sauce that unique habanero bite to the flavor only found in a barbecue sauce that is made from the highest quality ingredients.
This original family recipe has been upgraded to provide those looking for something that is a lot spicier in a fine quality gourmet barbecue sauce.

This barbecue sauce is dedicated to the memory of my
great grandfather “Daddy Hern”.

Baked and Barbecue Shrimp

3-5 lbs. medium large or large unpeeled shrimp
1-1/2 sticks melted margarine
Daddy Hern's Habanero Burgundy Gourmet Barbecue Sauce
pepper
garlic (optional)

In large baking pan, place washed, unpeeled shrimp (with heads).
Pour melted margarine (do not use butter) over shrimp.
Sprinkle with pepper freely over all shrimp.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until done, depending on size of shrimp.
Pour Daddy Hern's Habanero Burgundy Gourmet Barbecue Sauce over cooked shrimp.

Serve as an appetizer or main dish. Daddy Hern's Habanero Burgundy Gourmet BBQ Sauce makes an ideal dip.
