1. Enter the dollar amount in the quantity field and then add the
    "Gift Certificate" to your cart.
2. At check-out, enter your information into the "Billing Address"
    and the recipient's information into the "Shipping Address".
3. You will receive your Gift Certificate document within one
    business day by email as a PDF attachment.

Gift certificates are not automatically generated, but created by humans and emailed to your email address within one business day. If you want to use the gift certificate immediately, use  the "Order Number" that you receive by email from the bank after your credit card is processed.
