Cavi-Art^® is caviar substitute made of seaweed. Seaweed caviar is used as caviar in both hot and cold dishes. The natural pigments in the product do not discolor. Cavi-Art^® is therefore very suitable as decoration.

Cavi-Art^® is a cholesterol-free vegetable product with a fresh taste and a crisp consistency. It has a long shelf life even after the container has been opened.

Cavi-Art^® is particularly suitable for use in the Food Service trade because of its good qualities.

We import and export fish related products, and our group of companies has over 15 years of experience. All of our products meet FDA regulations. Our company does not buy or sell farmed fish, only non-threatened fish species like wild Pacific Cod and wild Salmon from Alaska.

The manufacturer of Cavi-Art^® Jens Moeller ApS, located in Europe, produces Cavi-Art^® in an environmentally friendly way. The process complies with all of the strict regulations in Europe and the USA for production of such food.
