Chadmark Farms apple and pomegranate orchard is located midway between Los Angeles and San Francisco in beautiful San Luis Obispo County. While our county has become known as an ideal area to raise wine grapes, it is also boasts an ideal climate for producing wonderfully crisp and sweet apples and juicy pomegranates.

The pomegranate is an ancient and venerable fruit with its origins in the Middle East. The ancient Romans called the pomegranate "the apple of many seeds" (a perfect addition for an apple orchard!) and its likeness has graced King Solomon's Temple. Pomegranate juice has long been enjoyed for its rich full-bodied flavor and beautiful color. Chadmark Farms pure pomegranate juice is pressed from the finest pomegranate fruit grown in our Paso Robles orchard.

In addition to our pure pomegranate juice, Chadmark Farms also makes a special Apple-Pomegranate juice blend. For our juice blend we take our popular, sweet, apple cider and carefully blend it with pure pomegranate juice to create a perfect balance between sweet and tangy. All Chadmark Farms apple cider and juice blends have been flash pasteurized to ensure the wholesome quality of our product.

We take great pride in the quality of our apple cider and cider blends. Unlike conventional juice pasteurization which is left to cook in a container, the cider we present is flash pasteurized.  This process immediately chills the juice after pasteurization to retain optimum flavor and to insure its wholesome qualities. The flash pasteurization process takes advantage of new technologies to accomplish this without compromising the nutrition and crisp, fresh taste of our apple, pomegranate, Asian pear, grape and berry specialty juices.  We are a family farm and know how important healthy foods are to you and your family.
